What we collect

Order information: your name, phone number, delivery address, and the items you ordered.
Contact information (optional): email address, if you give us one.
Account information: if you create an account — email/phone, saved addresses and order history.
Chat messages: store chat conversations are stored so our team can follow up on your case and help you faster.

Why we collect it

To process, pack and deliver your order — including courier booking and Cash on Delivery.
To confirm orders by phone and send you tracking references by SMS/WhatsApp.
To support you before and after purchase (fitment help, returns, complaints).
To keep secure accounting records required by law.

What we never do

We never sell your data or share it with third parties for marketing.
We never see or store your card details — payments are Cash on Delivery or Easypaisa bank transfers.
We never send spam. Occasional order-related messages only.

Sharing (only when necessary)

Courier partners: your name, phone and address go to the courier booking your parcel — nothing more.
Payment confirmations: Easypaisa/bank transaction references shared in order records for accounting.
Legal requests: only if validly required by law in Pakistan.

Security & retention

Access to order data is limited to team members who need it to fulfill orders.
Chat conversations are stored so any team member can pick up your case; you can ask us to delete them anytime.
Order records are kept for accounting and warranty purposes under Pakistani law.

Your choices

Ask us for a copy of your data, or request deletion (account, chats) via topautofix@gmail.com.
Ask us to remove a saved address or update your details anytime.
