Shipping Policy

We deliver all over Pakistan — Karachi to Khyber, Gwadar to Gilgit. Here's exactly how shipping works.

Dispatch times

• Orders placed before 4:00 PM are dispatched the same or next working day.
• Orders placed after 4:00 PM, on weekends or public holidays are dispatched the next working day.
• Some "on-demand" or heavy/bulky parts may need 1–2 extra days — we always tell you up front.

Delivery times

• Typical delivery: 2–4 working days after dispatch.
• Major cities (Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad, Multan, Peshawar) are usually faster.
• Remote towns may take a day or two extra, depending on courier coverage.

Payment on delivery — Cash on Delivery

• COD is available nationwide — you inspect the parcel and pay the courier in cash.
• You may also pay in advance via Easypaisa to 03102525261 — share the transaction ID on chat or in the order notes.

Free delivery

• Orders above Rs 20,000 ship with free delivery nationwide (discount codes apply automatically at checkout).
• Smaller orders pay the standard courier rate, shown before you confirm the order.

Tracking your parcel

• Once your parcel is booked you receive a tracking reference by SMS/WhatsApp.
• Track it any time on our Track Order page with your order number.

Delays

Weather, strikes or courier backlogs can occasionally add 1–2 days. If your parcel is late, contact us on 03310810008 — we'll chase the courier and keep you updated until it arrives.
