Products & fitment

• Product images are representative; the shipped part may vary slightly in packaging. Part numbers and fitment should be confirmed before purchase — our team is happy to help at 03310810008.
• Fitment data (make/model/year) is provided on every product page via the vehicle filter — please verify your vehicle details before ordering.
• We sell genuine, OEM and quality aftermarket parts. The exact variant (brand, packaging) is stated on the product page.

Pricing & orders

• All prices are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and may change without prior notice. The price shown at checkout when you place the order is the price you pay.
• An order is confirmed once you complete checkout and (where needed) our team verifies it by phone. Orders may be confirmed by phone before dispatch to protect against fraud.
• Stock is not reserved until checkout; in the rare case a part becomes unavailable after ordering, we offer a refund or a similar alternative.

Payments

• Cash on Delivery (nationwide) or advance payment via Easypaisa / bank transfer to 03102525261.
• For advance payments, share the transaction ID on chat or in order notes; unverified advance payments delay dispatch.

Returns, refunds & warranty

• Returns are handled under our Return & Refunds policy (7-day window, conditions listed there).
• Warranty (if any) is provided by the part's manufacturer; TopAutoFix assists with claims.

Fair use

• Abusive returns or repeated refusals of COD parcels (without valid reason) may result in order restrictions.
• Flooding chat/phone lines or misusing "on-demand sourcing" for price research on items you don't intend to buy delays real customers — requests are handled in order of receipt.
• Attempts to place fraudulent orders may be reported to the relevant authorities.

Liability

• TopAutoFix's liability for any order is limited to the value of the products purchased in that order.
• We are not liable for installation errors, damage during fitting, or labor costs — installation is the buyer's (or their mechanic's) responsibility.
• We are an independent retailer and are not the manufacturer of any part sold.

Governing law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Pakistan. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Pakistan, with the parties attempting an amicable settlement first.
